    Pearl Jam in Melbourne

    Three weeks ago I went to Melbourne for the weekend to see Pearl Jam at the Etihad Stadium. It was a fantastic show in front of 45.000 people (according to the newspapers), with support acts Liam Finn and Ben Harper.

    Staying in bed until 11am (lazy). Spending like 2 hours in the bathroom (really lazy). Looking out of the window and spontaneously deciding to cancel all plans for activities outside of my flat due to signs of rain (notoriously lazy).

    Amanda Palmer is coming to Hobart

    One of the very few things I really miss in Tasmania is the live music scene I always enjoyed in Germany. Whenever a band goes on tour they play some concerts in Germany, that’s almost guaranteed. And even if they skip Germany then you can easily drive to Austria, Switzerland, or spend the weekend in London to go to the concert (something I never did, but well… I could have done).
